The Inn is located in the historic center of the medieval town of Civitella Marittima and has three upper floors, while the ground floor houses the restaurant

We arrived late in the afternoon, as we had already communicated to the owner when booking, and he allowed us access by agreeing with the manager of the restaurant below. Very kind both of them so.
I also want to commend the manager of the restaurant who pampered us the whole time. The food was delicious and the atmosphere lovely.

Good location and very good connected restaurant. Room not huge but very livable, nice common areas. Owner very helpful.

The inn is located in the center of the town of Civitella Marittima: it can also be reached by car but there is no place to park, so it has to be left in the public parking lot that is not far away but with a good number of steps to climb. Very valuable is the outdoor terrace, with beautiful views of the surrounding hills, as well as the breakfast room, in pure country style.
